Spiritual Awakening 📚🔮🕯🌌

I went to a psychic fair at the Finger Lakes last Sunday. It was nice, the venue was small. There were a lot of gemstones, jewelry,  salt lamps, essential oils,  and crafts.
Of course there were several psychics as well. I was drawn to one that used tarot cards. She even used the same tarot deck that I have 😁
The reading was okay. It was a little vague. She was also selling a book on spiritual awakening.  In the reading she said I need to work on myself. That I needed to go through a spiritual awakening and find myself.  She also said that I was a healer in a past life. And something happend that I was shunned, and couldn't practice anymore. I told her maybe thats why I have such a hard time expressing myself, afraid I am just going to get shunned again!
She also said that there will be an opportunity to make money using things in the metaphysical world that I have recently started working with. So thats exciting!
So her book is called "Ten Gates into the Garden" and it is really good. I have really just skimmed it. I will be reading it more thoroughly and trying to apply to my life.

      I had a doctor appointment in Fulton today and so stopped by a second hand/antique store. I have never been there but have driven by countless times. The store is huge with so many goodies! I was looking for a  new bag. I got a new wallet a couple weeks ago and needed a new bigger bag as well. I found a cute canvas bag. Review I left on Goodreads on September 27, 2023 "This was sad, tugs at the heart strings 💗 2 dads with so much regret because of how they treated their sons when they were alive. Then the sons were both killed, the fathers avenge the deaths in the most action packed way 😁 Loved all the lawn tool references 😆 A great read! 5/5 ⭐️" This book was really good. Extremely emotional. Despite the fathers being absolute shits to their sons, you could feel how much love there was, how much regret that they couldn't express their love in a more healthy way. Book Review "The Light Pirate" by Lily Brooks-Dalton

 I read this book last December. I gave it 5 stars on Goodreads. Some quotes from the book that I loved: "Frida can smell the rich stink of thunder in the air, something like ozone and gasoline and dirt all mixed together. The hurricane is close now, she can taste it." I love how this author writes 😄 "If the ocean is a body, then the waves are it's tongue, long and blue-gray, licking at the beach until there's nothing left. This body is wide and full and deep. It rises, wrapping itself around the world, squeezing the land tight between it's thighs. Ten years means nothing to a body like this. It's been here since the beginning."  Sigh . . . love this writing so much about our earth ❤ Please check this book out, highly recommend!
